A flatshare in London is the best solution if you want to meet new people and book a cheap accommodation in London. All our apartments are fully furnished and located in nice and residential areas within zone 2/3 well linked to Central London. You can book your accommodation for just 2 weeks and then decide if you want to stay longer in the same flat.

BUDGET FLATSHARE LONDON

Our budget flatshare are all located in zone 3 North London (Seven Sisters, Turnpike Lane, Wood Green). All our apartments are fully furnished and can guest an average of 8/9 people. Minimum stay is 8 weeks, upon arrival you will be asked to pay 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks depsoit (to be refunded upon check-out).

Bed linen and towels are NOT provided.

STANDARD FLATSHARE LONDON

Our standard flatshare in London are all located in nice and residential areas within zone 2 and 3 well linked to Central London. All our apartments are fully furnished and can guest an average of 6/7 people.

Our rental conditions are very flexible: 2 weeks minimum stay and 2 weeks’ notice to leave the flat. Rent can be paid directly in London: 2 weeks rent and 100£ deposit (39£ will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning purposes).

5 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FLATSHARE IN LONDON

RENT AND DEPOSIT: Renting a room for a short time may not be that easy. Your landlord may ask you 4/6 weeks deposit and 1 month rent in advance and sometimes you need to provide a lot of documents stating that you’re working and you have a certain wage to secure the booking. With us everything’s easier, we only ask for 100£ deposit and 2 weeks rent and you can rent your room even if you are a student!

RENTAL RATES: London is a very expensive city but you can find affordable rents if you look for something in zone 2 or 3. Be careful: rents in London are usually calculated pw (per week). Always check that your bills are included in the rent when you think about your budget. Our rent starts from only 90£ per week all bills included.

TWIN OR DOUBLE ROOM? A double room is a room with a double bed that can be rented to a couple or to an individual as single use. If you want to share your room then ask for a twin (a room with 2 single beds).

CONTRACTS: When you sign a contract be sure to ask what’s the minimum stay in order to get your deposit back at the end of your tenancy agreement. Our rental conditions are very flexible, we only ask for 2 weeks’ minimum stay.

PROOF OF ADDRESS: Ask your landlord to provide you with a proof of address (it can be a tenancy agreement or a letter from your agency/landlord). You will need it to open a bank account and apply for a National Insurance Number if you are looking for a job in London.
